Grazer AK have sacked coach Thijs Libregts and replaced him with Christian Keglevits two days ahead of their UEFA Champions League third qualifying round first-leg match against FC Lokomotiv Moscow.
Bottom of the table
The decision was taken after Grazer's 1-0 home defeat against SV Austria Salzburg at the weekend, a result which left this season's title favourites bottom of the Austrian Bundesliga.
Short-term contract
The 41-year-old Keglevits, who has been promoted from the role of assistant coach, has signed a contract until the end of the season. Grazer, runners-up in Austria last season, overcame Moldova's FC Sheriff Tiraspol in the Champions League second qualifying round.
