The Juventus striker David Trezeguet risks missing next week's UEFA Champions League trip to Werder Bremen after spraining his ankle during training.

Leading scorer
The 28-year-old French international limped out of a practice match on Wednesday and is not expected to play any part in Saturday's Serie A game at FC Messina Peloro as he tries to regain fitness in time for the Round of 16 visit to Germany. Trezeguet is Juve's leading scorer this season with 18 league goals in 23 outings and four in five European appearances.
