FC Dynamo Kyiv signed two Colombian talents on transfer deadline day with José Moreno and Harrison Otalvaro joining the Ukrainian giants on loan.

Loan signings
The 24-year-old striker Moreno and 20-year-old midfielder Otolvaro have joined the Kiev club on loan from CD América until the end of 2006 with the option of permanent contracts if Dynamo coach Anatoli Demianenko is impressed. They could be registered for the UEFA Champions League but will not feature in the Ukrainian Premier League as they have arrived after the 11 August deadline for new player registrations.

Eto'o example
Dynamo sporting director Leonid Buryak described Moreno, who has been signed after a successful five-day trial, as "a skilful, quick, aggressive forward - you could compare him to Samuel Eto'o". Otalvaro, meanwhile, is regarded as one of the most promising young playmakers in Colombia. "We have watched both players very carefully and made our decision," said Dynamo president Ihor Surkis. "I hope we will not regret it."
