More thigh misery for Mancini

AS Roma winger Mancini will not travel to Olympiacos CFP in Group D on Wednesday after damaging his left thigh on his weekend return from an identical injury.

Aggravated
The 26-year-old sustained the injury in a 1-0 home defeat by FC Internazionale Milano in Serie A and returned after two weeks' complete rest for Sunday's 1-0 loss at Reggina Calcio, only to suffer a recurrence. Mancini, who will be out for ten days, joins David Pizarro (personal reasons) and injured duo Philippe Mexes and Vincenzo Montella on the sidelines.

Vučinić in
Coach Luciano Spalletti has included Mirko Vučinić in his squad for the first time this season, however, as the Serbian international forward - a summer signing from US Lecce - is over a serious knee problem. Roma have three points from their two Group D fixtures.
