Mario Fillinger came on at half-time to replace the stricken Klingbeil and Hamburg team doctor Oliver Dierk confirmed that a scan had revealed damage to the player's ankle. "René will be out for approximately four weeks," he said. He will miss Hamburg's final two UEFA Champions League Group G matches away against Arsenal FC on Tuesday and at home against PFC CSKA Moskva on 6 December. Hamburg are bottom of their section and have no chance of stealing third place. Klingbeil had played in two of the club's four Group G games to date.
