Carragher set to sit out Toulouse tie

Jamie Carragher is set to miss the second leg of Liverpool FC's UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie with Toulouse FC after being injured on Saturday.

Jamie Carragher is set to miss the second leg of Liverpool FC's UEFA Champions League third qualifying round tie with Toulouse FC after being injured on Saturday.

Hyypiä fit
The former England defender suffered a broken rib and collapsed lung in a collision with goalkeeper Pepe Reina in the win against Sunderland AFC, and although no further treatment will be required he is unlikely to play against Toulouse on Tuesday where the Reds defend a 1-0 lead. However, Sami Hyypiä is set to play after coming through a training session following his own injury yesterday and a Liverpool statement read: "Sami has a broken nose but will be available for the second leg of our Champions League qualifier."
