Freiburg success
The Swiss-Frenchman joins from Greek side Panionios NFC where he played just three times last season after arriving from Hibernian FC. Kondé started his career at FC Basel 1893, but enjoyed most success during a six-year spell in the German Bundesliga with SC Freiburg between 1999 and 2005. His other clubs have been Blackburn Rovers FC and FC Hansa Rostock. Swiss Super League leaders Zürich visit Beşiktaş JK tonight looking to clinch a place in the UEFA Champions League group stage. The tie is poised at 1-1.
