Term has begun in the UEFA Champions League Skills School section of the UEFA Training Ground website, with skills made famous by FC Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Arsenal FC's Samir Nasri on this season's curriculum.

The UEFA Champions League is back with last week's Matchday 1 producing the excitement, thrills and skills that we have come to expect from Europe's premier club competition. Now, thanks to the UEFA Training Ground, you can emulate some of its biggest stars in the UEFA Champions League Skills School.

Skills school
With the guidance of the Training Ground's very own skills guru Paul Wood, you can learn how to perform mesmerising tricks displayed at the highest level by Ronaldinho, Cristiano Ronaldo, SK Slavia Praha's Zdeněk Šenkeřík, new Arsenal FC star Samir Nasri and legendary Frenchman Zinédene Zidane. Plus, from today, follow Woody's advice as he reveals the secrets behind The Messi Loop – a skill perfected by FC Barcelona's Argentinian ace Lionel Messi. The Training Ground now hosts over 150 videos and features exclusive masterclass sessions from big name players such Kaká, Andrea Pirlo, Robinho, Zlatan Ibrahimović and Deco – among arguably the greatest array of football talent assembled for a learning-based website. Coaches Roy Hodgson and Lars Lagerbäck have also been recruited to help inform and educate players and coaches of all ages and abilities, while Europe's top referees offer guides to rules, regulations and much more - all as part of the most comprehensive guide to skills and tactics on the internet.
