FC Porto coach Jesualdo Ferreira explains the ethos behind the club's continued success.

The departure of Lucho, Lisandro and Aly Cissokho over the summer left Jesualdo Ferreira with three big gaps to fill, but the FC Porto coach is confident his side will continue to grow. "This club has a winning culture," he said. Click above to watch.
