Published: Wednesday 9 December 2009, 14.30CET
Swiss champions FC Zürich will allow 23-year-old Almen Abdi – their top scorer last season – to join French side Le Mans UC 72 in January, where he has agreed a contract until the end of the season. Veli Lampi and Daniel Stuck have been told their expiring contracts will not be extended, while 20-year-old midfielder Stjepan Kukuruzovic has been offered a long-term deal, though he will remain at FC Thun until the end of the campaign. Meanwhile, 17-year-old Ricardo Rodriguez, left-back in the Switzerland side that won this year's FIFA U17 World Cup in Nigeria, has committed to Zürich until 31 December 2012.
