Medical tests

A product of Partizan's youth system, Ljajić will sign a long-term contract after passing a medical in Florence. Ljajić helped his side to win the Serbian championship last term, scoring five goals in 24 games, with Partizan also lifting the Serbian Cup, and appeared five times in this season's UEFA Europa League group stage.

International appearances
After taking part in the 2008 UEFA European Under-17 Championship and 2009 UEFA European U19 Championship final tournaments, Ljajić has more recently been capped two times by Serbia's U21 team. Fiorentina qualified for the UEFA Champions League first knockout round as Group E winners and will meet FC Bayern München on 17 February and 9 March.
