So a half with very little action and played with not too much urgency. Jonas has been the difference, with the Valencia man doing excellently to win the penalty before stepping up to convert it. LOSC are very much still in this one though.

Valencia manage to scrape away with the win after being pinned back by LOSC for the whole of the second half. The French side deserved a goal with all the pressure they put on their opponents but just could not find it. Jonas' penalty was ultimately the difference.
