John van den Brom, Anderlecht coach
It might sound strange after a 3-0 defeat but I am proud of my players – they were brave, confident and attacked from the start. Of course then it is very sour that you are left empty-handed, but this was the best match we have played so far. The difference was we did not convert our chances; Olympiacos had three chances and scored three goals. We made only a few mistakes, whereas they committed more errors which led to six or seven chances for us, but we missed them so the result is frustrating.
I cannot blame any individual, but in the Champions League you get punished for every mistake. Tonight was a classic example of that. However, we must not take the negatives from this, but focus on the positives instead.
We had to win this match to still be in contention in the group, but we didn't. There are still possibilities for us though. We have to stick with what we saw tonight. It is strange that when you lose you are proud, but we have to take the positives we showed tonight into the next matches.
We have to continue and show the same form in the league. Now it will be interesting to see what happens in the future. So many young players doing really well is a pleasure for any coach to see.
Míchel, Olympiacos coach
To win 3-0 away is not a result you expect in this competition. We played well and managed to make the most of our opportunities. We were better at both ends of the pitch, with our goalkeeper and our striker.
It was [Kostas] Mitroglou's night, but I have to sing the praise of all the players. Roberto made some fantastic saves and everybody put in a huge effort. Even the players introduced from the bench, like David Fuster, responded perfectly to what he was asked to do.
Anderlecht were at a very high level tonight. They are a strong team, but we also played very well in every department. During the first half we were not organised enough, but we improved and in second we got more control of the match and took advantage of our counterattacks. We really believed in ourselves and this helped us to win.
I would like to thank our fans – they have been with us the whole time. Even though there weren't so many as at our home games, because of the distance, they were so busy supporting us that it seemed there were a whole lot more.
It would be wonderful if we could get good results in our next matches. We will certainly continue to work hard in order to be able to continue in the competition.
