Group 4 fixtures to be decided

Representatives of countries from EURO 2004™ qualifying Group 4 will meet on 20 February.

Michal Listkiewicz, president of the Polish Football Federation (PZPN), has announced that he will meet representatives from Sweden, Latvia, Hungary and San Marino on 20 February to try and agree when the five countries’ EURO 2004™ Group 4 qualifiers will be played.

Expecting a draw
The meeting is to be held in Stockholm, and Listkiewicz suspects the dates may have to be drawn out of a hat. "We have no idea about the results of this meeting," he said. "It is possible that it will be impossible to come to an agreement as has happened before for us in former European Championship draws. We are ready for the draw UEFA will make."
