EURO hospitality production request for proposal

UEFA is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for the hospitality production management at UEFA EURO 2016 in France.

The main services to be provided by the successful company will cover the following domains:

• Concept development of the hospitality and catering programmes
• Production management and coordination of the delivery of the hospitality and catering programmes

The UEFA EURO 2016 hospitality and catering programmes aim at providing:

• VIPs, commercial partners and the corporate world with specific hospitality services such as dedicated hospitality areas, fine dining, comprehensive entertainment and additional services
• Staff, volunteers, media, and match officials with catering services

The scope of the services to be provided covers the 51 matches of UEFA EURO 2016.

UEFA considers a qualified party to be an entity (single company, consortium, joint-venture … ) that has the appropriate infrastructure, experience, resources and standing to deliver, in full, the requirements of the UEFA EURO 2016 hospitality and catering services that are listed above.
