Domestic-based players
Sliškovic today called up five domestic-based players to add to the 14 foreign-based players he had named earlier. NK Željeznicar's Kenan Hasagic, Bulend Bišcevic and Haris Alihodžic are included as well as Branimir Krunic from FK Leotar and Vladan Grujic of FK Borac Banjaluka.
'We have a chance'
Bosnia-Herzegovina face Group 2 rivals Norway at home on 6 September before visiting Luxembourg four days later. Sliškovic said: "We have a chance to reach the play-offs, but we need to win all three remaining matches. Against Norway we play at home, which should ease our task. We won 2-0 against Luxembourg last spring and repeating that success will be crucial."
Fourth in the section
Bosnia-Herzegovina, who close their campaign against Denmark in October, are fourth in their section with six points from five matches.
