"I believe we can do very interesting work at the finals," said Turkey coach Fatih Terim after the draw in Paris, while Arda Turan warned that "Turkey has the final word", suggesting Spain, Croatia and the Czech Republic will not have things their own way in Group D.

Fatih Terim, Turkey coach
We are experienced when it comes to the European Championship. Of course, you do not always get the teams you want in the draw. We showed in qualifying the kinds of things Turkey can achieve on the pitch when we are united. We will try to do all we can.

The first match is against Croatia, the second is against Spain, and we will play the final match against Czech Republic. Life is full of surprises. Last time I met Czech Republic coach Pavel Vrba, he said: "See you in Paris." We met and we will meet again.

There's no need to talk about Spain. The team is full of stars. Everybody knows about the Czechs. Croatia are our opponents in 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying too. I have total confidence in my players. I believe we can do very interesting work at the finals. We can introduce some new stars. We will not be afraid of anyone and will try to enjoy our football.
