Ahead of their second UEFA European Championship final tournament, excitement is high among the Austria camp, although there is recognition that Portugal, Iceland and Hungary will all pose a stern challenge in Group F.

Marcel Koller, Austria coach
At the end of the day we have to take what we're given. Portugal have a world-class player in their ranks in the form of Cristiano Ronaldo. We've played against Iceland before; they're a very dangerous side. If everyone they had in the qualifiers stays fit, it won't be easy as they're a tenacious bunch.

Plus it's the first time Iceland have been at the tournament, so that will give them extra motivation. It's Hungary's first appearance in a long time, so they will be fired up too. We will do our homework, though, and we'll see how things pan out.

We've been drawn out of Pot 2 and we're probably the second-best side in the group. But the hard part is being able to back that up. We were in Pot 3 for the qualifiers and finished top. You have to take everything very seriously. We can't expect to progress comfortably, but looking at the draw, there are a few groups where you think, it's nice to be in Group F and not in that one.

Christian Fuchs, Austria captain
We can be happy with the draw. We will enjoy playing against a great side like Portugal and a world-class player like Cristiano Ronaldo. The group is a tough one, though. Hungary and Iceland have shut down some good sides. "It could have been more difficult" isn't the right thing to say at a EURO.

Marc Janko, Austria forward
I'm delighted that the cat is finally out of the bag. We can be very happy with the draw, but you have to put it into perspective too: there is no such thing as an easy opponent at a EURO. I'm looking forward to the build-up, the games and the tournament as a whole. We'll see what happens.
