Seedorf set for full fitness

Dutch international Clarence Seedorf should be fully fit for UEFA EURO 2004™ despite a hamstring problem.

Dutch international Clarence Seedorf is likely to be fully fit for UEFA EURO 2004™ after an initial scan revealed that a hamstring injury was not as bad as it was first feared.

Scan relief
The AC Milan midfield player was forced off the field after 18 minutes of the Netherlands' 1-0 defeat by the Republic of Ireland in Saturday's friendly international. However, a scan immediately after the game did not show an serious damage, although a second scan will take place on Monday.

Massage solution
Winger Arjen Robben is also expected to be fit despite feeling a problem in his hamstring during the same match. The left-sided forward, who tore the muscle twice during the season, recovered following a post-match massage.
