Ivanschitz returns for Austria tests

Captain Andreas Ivanschitz is back in the Austria fold along with two new faces for the friendlies against Switzerland and the Ivory Coast.

The Austria coach Josef Hickersberger has named a 21-player squad for the friendly internationals against UEFA EURO 2008™ co-hosts Switzerland and the Ivory Coast in Zurich and Innsbruck.

New names
Two new faces are involved for the games on 13 and 17 October, FK Austria Wien defender Franz Schiemer and striker Roman Kienast, who is based in Norway with Ham-Kam Fotball. Captain Andreas Ivanschitz is also included after recovering from partially torn the ligaments in his right knee, although Martin Stranzl is absent through injury.
