Vardanyan returns to lead Armenia

Armenia captain Harutyun Vardanyan is back from suspension for their final Group 6 qualifier against Spain.

Second win
Mihai Stoichita's team confirmed they would finish fourth in Group 6 with victory in Belfast last month, when Vardanyan was suspended. Another win in their final qualifier in Yerevan would end Spanish hopes of automatic qualification, while ensuring Armenia's best points tally in a UEFA European Championship or FIFA World Cup campaign.

'Valuable experience'
Stoichita, whose side lost 3-0 in Spain in April, said of Saturday's return match: "I am sure we will play good football and I hope we get a positive result. This game will give us valuable experience and there is no reason why we cannot beat them. A positive result is very important for morale. We are aiming for a win."
