Pranjić and Olić return for injury-hit Croatia

Slaven Bilić has called up FC Bayern München's Danijel Pranjić and Ivica Olić to his injury-hit squad as he aims to guide Croatia to victory in their UEFA EURO 2012 play-off against Turkey.

Injuries to Mladen Petrić, Ivan Strinić and Niko Kranjčar have forced Croatia coach Slaven Bilić to reshuffle his 24-man squad ahead of the UEFA EURO 2012 play-off against Turkey.

Bilić has opted to leave out GNK Dinamo Zagreb captain Milan Badelj and Bolton Wanderers FC forward Ivan Klasnić while FC Bayern München's Danijel Pranjić and Ivica Olić are welcomed back into the fold. Defender Manuel Pamić and Hamburger SV's Ivo Iličević are the other changes to the squad which lost 2-0 in Greece, before defeating Latvia by the same scoreline in their final Group F game to gain the play-off spot.

"Strinić's injury is a big problem for us but we have several solutions for his position," said Bilić. "I have plenty of information about Turkey and we have our people there watching them. We are scouting their players and we have the strength and character to win this tie and reach the finals. We will go into the match in Istanbul like it is the only match of the tie."

Goalkeepers: Stipe Pletikosa (FC Rostov), Danijel Subašić (GNK Hajduk Split), Ivan Kelava (GNK Dinamo Zagreb).

Defenders: Vedran Ćorluka (Tottenham Hotspur FC), Josip Šimunić (GNK Dinamo Zagreb), Dejan Lovren (Olympique Lyonnais), Gordon Schildenfeld (Eintracht Frankfurt), Darijo Srna (FC Shakhtar Donetsk), Šime Vrsaljko (GNK Dinamo Zagreb), Domagoj Vida (GNK Dinamo Zagreb), Manuel Pamić (AC Sparta Praha).

Midfielders: Luka Modrić (Tottenham Hotspur FC), Ognjen Vukojević (FC Dynamo Kyiv), Tomislav Dujmović (FC Dinamo Moskva), Ivan Perišić (Borussia Dortmund), Ivan Rakitić (Sevilla FC), Mato Jajalo (1. FC Köln), Danijel Pranjić (FC Bayern München), Ivo Iličević (Hamburger SV).

Forwards: Eduardo (FC Shakhtar Donetsk), Mario Mandžukić (VfL Wolfsburg), Nikola Kalinić (FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk), Nikica Jelavić (Rangers FC), Ivica Olić (FC Bayern München).
