The UEFA EURO 2012 Follow the Trophy tour is giving you the chance to download your photo from the latest leg or star in your own short film with the Henri Delaunay Cup.

If you are one of the lucky fans to have your photo taken with the European Championship trophy as it tours Poland and Ukraine then you can enter your code on UEFA.com to download it, print it or share it with your friends.

Even if you did not get the chance to have a picture taken with the silverware you can still get involved by starring in your own movie. Simply choose your language and enter your name and location to create a unique video which you can share your video with friends via email or Facebook to show them that you are the fan of the year.

The trophy tour kicked off with a three-day stopover in Warsaw on 20 April and will have visited a total of 14 towns and cities in the host countries by 26 May when it concludes its journey on the south coast of Ukraine in Odesa.
