Lars Lagerbäck has a wealth of experience but the former Sweden coach subjected himself to something new as he sat down to take questions from UEFA.com users.

Now in charge of Iceland and a member of the UEFA technical team at UEFA EURO 2012, Lagerbäck spent nine years at the Sweden helm and is keen for his former side to turn around their fortunes following their opening Group D defeat by co-hosts Ukraine.

With the next fixture against England looming large, Lagerbäck also discussed his methods for motivating a team for such a crucial encounter, and the best leagues for young players to develop.
