Draw procedure

• The 23 qualifiers are divided into four pots based on UEFA national coefficients; France automatically assigned as team A1.
• Teams will be drawn into six groups of four (Groups A to F). The draw starts with Pot 1, with teams assigned to positions B1 C1 D1 E1 and F1.
• The draw continues with Pot 4, the position of each team within their group decided by a separate draw. Similar procedure follows for Pot 3 and then Pot 2.
