Lazaro misses out for Austria

Salzburg midfielder Valentino Lazaro, 20, was the unlucky one to miss out when Austria coach Marcel Koller cut his 24-man provisional squad to a final 23 on Tuesday.

Salzburg's Lazaro, who has four senior caps to his name, was one of 24 players at Austria's recent training camp. He is the only one not to be heading to France for the finals, though Koller nevertheless expects him to have a bright international future.
