Five get Iceland chance

Iceland coach Atli Edvaldsson has recalled five veterans to his squad to face Estonia in a friendly in Tallinn next Wednesday.

Chance to shine
Thordur Gudjonsson, Tryggvi Gudmundsson, Arnar Gretarsson, Petur H. Marteinsson and Arnar Gunnlaugsson will all be given the chance to impress in Tallinn, though of the five only Gudmundsson has played for the national side in the past year. Even then it was just for a few minutes as a substitute against Norway in May.

Brothers chosen
Joining Gudjonsson in the Iceland squad, are his brothers Bjarni, of Stoke City FC, and Johannes who plays for Spanish side Real Betis Balompié.
