France and Greece are to meet in a friendly in Paris on 15 November - a match that brings together the two most recent UEFA European Championship winners.

Key meeting
Les Bleus, victors in UEFA EURO 2000™, will play host to the team that beat them 1-0 in the 2004 quarter-finals on their way to lifting the trophy in Portugal. That was the last encounter between the countries, with France holding the upper hand over their seven games. The 2006 FIFA World Cup finalists have won five times and drawn once. Greece are next in action on 16 August in a friendly against England, the same day that France visit Bosnia-Herzegovina. Both sides get their UEFA EURO 2008™ campaigns under way on 2 September.
