London calling for Greece

European champions Greece will face Korea Republic in a friendly in London on 6 February as they prepare for their Group C showdown with neighbours Turkey.

European champions Greece have confirmed plans to take on the Korea Republic in a friendly in London next month. The 6 February fixture, at Fulham FC's Craven Cottage ground, will be the first on English soil for the South Koreans.

Turkey tie looms
Greece coach Otto Rehhagel will use the game to help prepare his squad for their first UEFA EURO 2008™ qualifier of the year against rivals Turkey. Both sides have taken maximum points from their opening three matches in Group C, ensuring the stakes will be high when they meet on 24 March.
