Surprise inclusion
Marius Stankevicius is back in the fold for the games in Kaunas on 17 November and Tbilisi four days later after recovering from a broken collarbone, but midfielders Deividas Šemberas and Deividas Cesnauskis both miss out through injury. In addition, three players miss the Ukraine game through suspension – Audrius Ksanavicius and Aurimas Kučys have both picked up two yellow cards while Saulius Mikoliunas serves the second half of his two-match ban. FK Vėtra midfielder Darvydas Šernas is a surprise inclusion in the party after impressing in the later stages of the A Lyga season. Lithuania are currently fifth in the section with ten points from as many games.
