Danes prepare for double bill

Denmark coach Morten Olsen has named his squad for next month's qualifiers against Norway and Luxembourg.

Vote of confidence
Olsen has kept faith with four of the five players he has handed debuts to this calendar year. Søren Berg, Thomas Kahlenberg, Brian Priske and Thomas Schultz are all involved, but Jan Kristiansen misses out. "These really are the deciding games so it is no time for experiments," Olsen said.

Back in favour
There is also a call-up for Peter Christiansen of FC København who returned to the squad for the 1-0 friendly win against Ukraine in April. Meanwhile, goalkeeper Peter Skov-Jensen, defender Kasper Bøgelund, and midfield players Christian Poulsen and Thomas Røll Larsen are back in the fold after injury.

Double bill
Denmark will play Group 2 leaders Norway at the Parken stadium in Copenhagen on 7 June, before travelling to face bottom side Luxembourg four days later. Olsen's team are currently second in the section, three points behind Norway but one above Romania.
