Roope Riski registered two minutes into his senior international debut as Finland defeated Sweden 1-0 in a friendly in Abu Dhabi. The Hønefoss BK forward, 23, struck almost immediately after his second-half introduction by Mixu Paatelainen (pictured) as Sweden were left to rue Mikael Ishak's missed penalty.

Finland coach Mixu Paatelainen was magnanimous in the 1-0 defeat by Hungary, while wondering how different things could have turned out if Jere Uronen's effort just before half-time had not come back off the post.

It was a good game and we are disappointed to lose, obviously. I thought we could have got a draw but we were a little unlucky having hit the woodwork. However, congratulations to Hungary who were in better shape than we expected and played well, and to Zoltán Gera for his winning goal.
