Konstantin Vassiljev has been named in Estonia's 23-man squad for the European Qualifers against Lithuania (away) and England (home), even though he is still recovering from a knee injury he picked up while making his debut for GKS Piast Gliwice on 29 August. The 37-year-old Sergei Pareiko should start in goal despite a lack of first-team football at his club, FC Volga Nizhny Novgorod.

Key Estonia midfielder Konstantin Vassiljev is hoping to return for their next UEFA EURO 2016 qualifiers after missing the opening 1-0 win in Slovenia with a knee injury.
Vassiljev uffered a knee injury during his debut for GKS Piast Gliwice but is now running and doing physical exercises, and will be training with a ball next week. "It's getting better every day," he told Õhtuleht. "I have a chance to recover before the next national team matches. Piast Gliwice will have their next game in the Polish league on 5 October, and I hope to be at least among the players on the bench."
Estonia visit Lithuania on 9 October before welcoming England three days later. The Vilnius game is on an artificial surface for Estonia will be training on a similar pitch in Tallinn.
