A series of injuries have forced Ukraine coach Mykhailo Fomenko to amend his initial squad once more. FC Dynamo Kyiv goalkeeper Olexandr Rybka, selected instead of FC Chornomorets Odesa's Dmytro Bezotosnyi (fractured finger), arrived at the training camp with an ankle injury and has had to drop out.
FC Shakhtar Donetsk reserve keeper Rustam Khudzhamov has therefore been named as Ukraine's No3 custodian behind Andriy Pyatov (Shakhtar) and Denys Boyko (FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk). Khudzhamov has one cap to his name, keeping a clean sheet in a 1-0 friendly win against Serbia on 11 February 2009.
FC Dynamo Kyiv goalkeeper Olexandr Rybka will replace FC Chornomorets Odesa custodian Dmytro Bezotosnyi (broken finger), in the Ukraine squad to face Belarus and FYROM. Rybka has two caps, the last of them a 3-3 friendly draw against Germany in November 2011. This season Rybka has established himself as Dynamo's No1 ahead of Maxym Koval and injured veteran Olexandr Shovkovskiy.
