Ján Kozák, Slovakia coach
I expected a difficult game. We played well for 70 minutes and it's a pity we didn't score from the other great opportunities we had. We were affected by the goal we conceded, the pressure increased on the players and even our tempo was not as high. However, we controlled the end of the game and deserved to win it.
We forced our opponent to make mistakes by our effective pressing. We didn't allow them to get into our attacking third in the first half and we were successful in dispossessing them.
It's something fantastic to have six wins out six games. With four matches to go, we are on course for the play-offs at least and that's amazing. Now we can dream of making another step towards France and direct qualification. We need plenty of points for that. We have top teams in our group. Spain and Ukraine are great teams: they had both clubs in the Europa league final.
