Luxembourg coach Luc Holtz has called up the expected squad for the upcoming UEFA European qualifiers. First they travel to the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia on 9 October, before they host holders Spain on 12 October.
It is not clear if key player Aurélien Joachim will be available though. The 28-year old pulled a muscle in his right thigh during club training on Monday and was expected to be sidelined for around ten days. He will travel to join the team and there will be a late fitness test, but it is very unlikely that he will feature in the first match. Hopes are higher for the Spain game.
