Czech Republic coach Pavel Vrba has been forced to make another change in his squad for the Group A qualifiers against Turkey (10 October) in Prague and the Netherlands (13 October) in Amsterdam. Middlesbrough defender Tomáš Kalas has been called up to replace Sparta Praha's Mario Holek, who is injured.
Kalas, a former captain of the Czech Under-21 side, could win his second cap.
Viktoria Plzeň midfielder Jan Kopic (pictured right) and Sparta Prague's former Under-21 international Martin Frýdek have been added to the Czech Republic squad for the qualifiers against Turkey and the Netherlands as Pavel Vrba starts to consider his options for next summer's finals. While 25-year-old Kopic has two caps, Frýdek - at 23 - can make his debut for the senior side.
