Olympique de Marseille have bolstered their squad ahead of their UEFA Cup entry with the signing of Burkina Faso midfielder Charles Kaboré from FC Libourne Saint-Seurin.

Familiar faces
Kaboré has signed on at the Stade Vélodrome for the next five seasons and follows in the footsteps of Mathieu Valbuena and Vincent Gragnic, who also joined Marseille from the Ligue 2 outfit. "I will learn from their experience," said Kaboré, referring to his colleagues' move. The 19-year-old appeared 16 times for Libourne this season, and joins a Marseille team that will compete in the last 32 of the UEFA Cup following their elimination from UEFA Champions League Group A. They will discover their opponents on Friday and Kaboré will be eligible to be included in the squad.
