Juventus lose Legrottaglie and Krasić

The injury crisis has deepened for Juventus, who have lost winger Miloš Krasić and centre-back Nicola Legrottaglie for several weeks after both suffered thigh injuries in midweek.

Juventus will be without winger Miloš Krasić and centre-back Nicola Legrottaglie for 25 and 40 days respectively as a result of thigh injuries sustained during the goalless UEFA Europa League draw against FC Salzburg on Thursday.

Krasić faces a race against time to be fit for the Serie A club's forthcoming Group A match at KKS Lech Poznań on 1 December, while Legrottaglie looks certain to miss that game. The news will come as a blow to the already injury-depleted Bianconeri, who have drawn all four of their group fixtures and are lying in third place in the section, three points behind Lech and the opponents they face on 16 December, Manchester City FC.
