FC Internazionale Milano full-back Yuto Nagatomo is likely to be out of action for a month because of a knee injury.
The 26-year-old Japanese international damaged the cartilage in his left knee during Sunday's 1-1 draw with AC Milan. Nagatomo has subsequently undergone tests and looks set to miss both legs of Inter's UEFA Europa League round of 16 tie against Tottenham Hotspur FC.
Nagatomo has made 22 Serie A appearances for Inter this season. He has also featured in eight UEFA Europa League games, qualifying included, scoring an added-time equaliser in Inter's first group stage fixture against FC Rubin Kazan. Inter will face Tottenham in London on 7 March before the San Siro return a week later.
