Scottish Cup winners Dundee United FC have confirmed Peter Houston as manager on a three-year contract, with the 51-year-old having been working on a caretaker basis since December.

Scottish Cup winners Dundee United FC have confirmed Peter Houston as their permanent manager on a three-year contract. The 51-year-old had been operating on a caretaker basis since December when Craig Levein was appointed Scotland manager. "I'm absolutely privileged and honoured to be the manager of Dundee United," said Houston, whose side enter next season's UEFA Europa League at the play-off stage.
