FedEx Performance Zone: Braga's Eduardo ascendant

Grégoire Defrel is Giuliano's closest contender at the top of the FedEx Performance Zone, with Braga's Wilson Eduardo breaking into the top five over the weekend.

2nd: Grégoire Defrel (Sassuolo)
Defrel moved up a spot into second place with his winning goal in Sassuolo's 1-0 success against Udinese on Sunday. The Frenchman has scored in his last five matches in all competitions – and seven in nine games for the season.

4th: Wilson Eduardo (Braga)
The Braga forward is up from ninth place. Against Vitória Setúbal on Saturday, he scored the match-winner and also earned the penalty that led to his side's first goal, as well as creating five chances for team-mates and producing six crosses.

7th: Antonio Candreva (Internazionale Milano)
The winger racked up some impressive stats in his side's 1-1 draw with Bologna to surge up from 16th. He provided the assist for his side's equaliser, created four chances and produced an impressive 18 crosses.

11th: Charlie Austin (Southampton)
Having hit two against Sparta on matchday one, Austin has now scored five goals in his last four matches. He provided a goal and an assist in a 3-0 win at West Ham on Sunday  before being substituted, with Thursday's match against Hapoel Beer-Sheva in mind.

45th: Artem Dzyuba (Zenit)
The Russian striker made big moves up the FedEx Performance Zone rankings with his two goals in Zenit's 2-2 draw at Anji. He had six attempts at goal and was a constant threat with his aerial play, winning five duels in the air.
