Flying start
The Austrian Bundesliga leaders have got off to a flying start this season, winning nine consecutive league games, and the 25-year-old has played a vital role. Kiesenebner only returned to the Vienna club this summer after a spell at SV Pasching, and in his second stint at the Franz Horr Stadion his powerful game has won him a regular place in the starting lineup.
National colours
Kiesenebner made his international debut in April, scoring in Austria's 4-3 win against Luxembourg. He was also in the squad for the 3-3 draw against Northern Ireland in Belfast in FIFA World Cup qualifying earlier this month.
