Stéphane Dumont has signed a two-year contract extension with UEFA Cup Group A contenders LOSC Lille Métropole - but his fellow midfield player Nicolas Bonnal has left the French club.
Dumont deal
Dumont, 22, is now committed to Lille until June 2008 having been one of a number of promising players to shine as the UEFA Intertoto Cup winners have risen to second place in Ligue 1 behind Olympique Lyonnais. However, the 28-year-old Bonnal no longer features in coach Claude Puel's plans and has cancelled his contract by mutual consent, leaving him a free agent.
