Panathinaikos lose Papadopoulos

The Panathinaikos FC captain Dimitrios Papadopoulos is to sit out Thursday's UEFA Cup tie at FK Mladá Boleslav after picking up a slight knock to his left ankle.

Derby looms
The Greece forward, 25, will not be risked for the Group G fixture as the Greens will tackle Super League leaders Olympiacos CFP next Sunday. Coach Víctor Muñoz is also unable to call on central defender Mikael Antonsson (broken toe) and long-term injury victims Ezequiel González (knee) and Mario Galinović (back). Panathinaikos won their opening group game 2-0 against Hapoel Tel-Aviv FC.
