Minor tear
The 25-year-old central defender has been told that he will be out of action for three weeks after suffering a minor muscle tear in his side's 2-0 defeat at RC Recreativo de Huelva. He has played eight Primera División games this season as well as two each in UEFA Champions League qualifying and the UEFA Cup. He will miss next week's UEFA Cup visit of Odense BK and may miss the Group D closer against Parma FC on 14 December. Osasuna have one point from their first two fixtures.
