Aris absence
The 25-year-old has suffered a fracture of the fifth metatarsal and requires an operation later this week – ruling him out of the UEFA Cup first round trip to Greek club Aris Thessaloniki FC on Thursday. Generelo, who played as a substitute in Saturday's 1-1 Spanish league draw at Athletic Club Bilbao, will also miss the second-leg tie against Aris on 4 October. He has made 76 Primera División appearances for Zaragoza but spent last season on loan at CG Tarragona.
