Toleski in as Vlček looks to Anderlecht

SK Slavia Praha have signed in-form striker Goče Toleski from FK SIAD Most as a possible replacement for Stanislav Vlček who is on trial with RSC Anderlecht.

SK Slavia Praha have signed F.Y.R. Macedonia international striker Goče Toleski from FK SIAD Most on a two-year contract.

Two-year deal
Although Most are bottom of the 1. Liga, Toleski has been in terrific form, scoring eight goals in his first season in the Czech Republic including one in a 3-2 defeat to Slavia in September. The 30-year-old, who has been capped 18 times for his country, has attracted interest from several German clubs, where he is familiar face having played for second division side SV Wacker Burghausen last season.

Vlček to leave
Toleski has cost the Czech league leaders €170,000, a fee that will double should Slavia win the title. Slavia coach Karel Jarolím will be looking for Toleski to fill the gap left by captain and seven-goal scorer Stanislav Vlček who is having a trial with RSC Anderlecht. Slavia will play in the UEFA Cup in February after finishing third in UEFA Champions League Group H.
