The 32-year-old former French international, who has scored seven goals in 13 Serie A games and one in the UEFA Champions League this season, was substituted 22 minutes into the game at the Stadio Ennio Tardini. He will be out of action for about six weeks, making him doubtful for the two games against Ajax on 18 and 25 February. Trezeguet has scored 169 goals for Juventus and is the fourth highest scorer in the club's history behind Alessandro Del Piero, Giampiero Boniperti and Roberto Bettega.
