Atlético's Cléber opts to return home

Cléber Santana has ended a two-and-a-half year spell in Spain after joining São Paulo FC from Club Atlético de Madrid. The Brazilian midfielder, 28, spent last season on loan at RCD Mallorca but returned to the Spanish capital in the summer and has made 25 appearances for the UEFA Europa League contenders this term. Meanwhile, Atlético's third-choice goalkeeper Roberto has joined Real Zaragoza on loan until the end of the campaign.
